Took my car there on a whim. Was having issues with power. The tech took it in. Took a test drive on the spot and we set an appointment to have it checked. Found out what it was and was greater than what they could due. Called the dealer and let them know the issue and pretty much set everything up to have it serviced. They have serviced all our cars in the family. I trust them greatly. There are times when it may take a little longer, but for all the family cars, they are honest. If they can't do it, they let you know. Like I said, had issues, stopped in on a Friday late. the guy was so honest that he connected with the dealer to have it fixed.
I am not sure if Mike is the owner still, but if not, the guy that helped me saved me 6k due to the warranty I wasn't aware of.
Their service levels are above 100%.
